Stress Buster
As children our parents and teachers told us to win games and do well on tests. As we grew older, maybe we felt the pressure to climb our way up the corporate ladder and work long hours to please our spouses and children; and now we are in need of a stress buster .
After achieving some of our goals, and failing miserably at others, we search now simply for ways to have a peaceful life. To reduce stress, it’s important to give up the unrealistic expectations set up for us by parents, our children, spouses or ourselves.
You can immediately make a stress buster in your life by accepting your limitations and communicating those limits to others. Learn to say, ‘no,’ to reduce the stress that comes with taking on too many responsibilities. To reduce stress, set more realistic goals for yourself and others. Don’t expect your children to be a carbon copy of you. Your children don’t have to be perfect and neither do you.
Reduce stress in your life by learning to have a sense of humor. Laugh, play and love. Learn to tolerate others and forgive to reduce stress. One of the most difficult things is learning to forgive yourself when you make mistakes, but it’s the most important way to reduce stress and start on the path of loving one’s self.
It’s important to take breaks to reduce stress. Take vacations and days off to reduce stress. Enjoy hobbies and taking a mental escape by watching a movie.
Becoming more organized may also be a great stress buster. If at all possible, complete projects to give yourself a sense of accomplishment. Keep your desk neat to reduce stress. At home, hire a housekeeper if you have to unless it would be a financial burden. Get rid of clutter to reduce stress, especially stress related to lost items.
Nutritional supplements can also be good stress buster. We recommend using CortiDiet™ , a homeopathic and nutrition supplement that is exceptionally effective in aiding the body during periods of stress. CortiDiet™ conains 11 all natural ingredients which have proven clinical studies to support some of the reported results. I know how confusing this market can be - there are alot of products out there with unsubstantiated claims. As a general rule of thumb - make sure that you are buying from a credible source. Usually health care professionals are great resources to trust - nutritionists, doctors, chiropractors. Sometimes we commercialize alot of products in the U.S., so because of the high cost of advertising - a company can't really provide you with a real value product. Generics work !
